Frank Y. Johnson, the president had 18 years of sales and sales management experience before joining HealthCare Recruiters of Tampa in 1987, where he became the manager of the Tampa office. In 1990 he acquired HealthCare Recruiters of Alabama. In 2011 he left the HCRI network and became National Medical Recruiting, Inc. In summary Frank has over 24 years experience recruiting sales, sales support, sales management and marketing personnel in the medical field. In those 24+ years he has developed a contact database that contains more than 23,000 contacts in the medical field nationwide. Sean M. Johnson joined the firm in 1998 as a research assistant and is currently an account executive. National Medical Recruiting, Inc. recruits directly nationwide and works with other local  recruiters throughout the country where appropriate and necessary.
